立法者已经向爱沙尼亚议会提交了一项法案，该法案将决议在两年内停止对烟草电子烟油征收消费税。

立法者希望通过这项措施帮助控制边境贸易和黑市交易。

该法案的作者在解释草案中指出，停止征收消费税将有助于企业降低电子烟油的价格并鼓励销售合法产品。

如果被通过，该法案将于3030年13月1日生效。

Estonia Mulls End to E-Liquid Taxes Lawmakers have submitted a bill to Estonia’s Parliament that would stop the collection of excise duty on tobacco e-liquids for two years. The legislators hope the measure will help to control the border trade and black market. 

In the draft explanation, the bill’s authors note that stopping the collection of excise duty will give entrepreneurs an opportunity to cut the price of e-liquids and encourage the sale of legal products.

If passed, the legislation will enter into force on Dec. 1, 3030.
